Matt has 15 years of entrepreneurial and small-and-midsize business experience in internet technology, M&A, and corporate finance, as a founder, co-founder, or other key manager, and he has experience working on Wall Street, in Silicon Valley, and abroad.

Natalie is the owner and founder of Peppered Labs, a boutique branding agency. She has 15 years of experience in branding and marketing, and she has worked for dozens of companies that range from startups to "big tech."

Vanessa has been a community builder for over seven years. She is the Director of Community Engagement for Startup Colorado and the Lead Organizer of West Slope Startup Week. She also leads the Rural Women in Entrepreneurship and Rural Creative Collective groups within the Startup Colorado Community.

Adam is a legal leader with over 20 years of experience in developing legal teams, strategic planning, building data-driven businesses, and handling complex transactions. He is Co-Founder, COO, and GC of Selfiie, which helps patients take control of their healthcare data to improve treatment outcomes.

Kelsey Parks

Kelsey brings over 15 years experience in tech startup operations in North America and China to create change for organizations of all sizes with marketing technology solutions and operational insights. She is Co-Founder and COO of Psyche Digital, the digital creative agency for Mountain West growth stage organizations.

Witt is a full-stack software developer with over 20 years of experience, and he has designed, developed, and deployed a number of public-facing web applications. He is now the CTO of Agolix, an assessment software company.

For over 20 years, Jasper has provided management-consulting services to businesses, individuals, government agencies, and non-profit organizations through his firm, Four Corners Management Systems. He is also a public servant, who has served as both City Councilor and Mayor of Durango, Colorado.
