Hello, I’m Matt Martensen. I’m the founder/organizer of User Cooperative, and I’m on a mission to get you the equity you deserve for your internet "clicks." I have 15 years of entrepreneurial and small-and-midsize business experience in internet technology, M&A, and corporate finance, as a founder, co-founder, or other key manager, and I have experience working on Wall Street, Silicon Valley, and abroad. I hold two business degrees: an M.B.A. from Yale School of Management and a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers Business School.
